Meet King Real Estate School Instructor,
Lebron Little
Lebron has over 16 years in the Real Estate industry, with 13 years of experience as a Qualifying Broker and Instructor. A member of the National Association of REALTOR® since 2007, Lebron has completed the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ePro and AHWD, (At Home With Diversity) certifications with the National Association of Realtors. He has been a Certified instructor with AREC (Alabama Real Estate Commission) since 2018 and has taught
real estate on the local and national level since 2010.
Requirements for Alabama Real Estate Pre-Licensing
● Hours Required: 60
● Approval: King Real Estate School is approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission to offer the 60-hour real estate pre-license course, license number 154952.
● Reporting: Your completed course information will be sent to the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
● Certification of Completion: You will receive a certificate upon completion of the licensing course. The certificate will include:

● Time Constraints: You will need to take the state licensing exam within six months of completing the King Real Estate School pre-license course, and you must submit your application to the Alabama Real Estate Commission within 90 days of passing the state exam.
Students must register online with the Commission at arec.alabama.gov prior to completing the salesperson pre-license course in order to take the licensure examination. You can register here through this link: click here.
Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 70% and may be
taken a maximum of two times.
Licensing Exam: Beginning in 2023, the licensing exam will be administered by Pearson Vue.
