Pre-License Course

Our 60-hour Alabama Real Estate License Course, required by the Alabama Real Estate Commission, will help you prepare for a successful career as a real estate agent. The King Real Estate School course includes all current 2024 trends and regulations. Including necessary subjects, such as, real estate finance, simplified real estate mathematics, closings, understanding Alabama laws and regulations, and plenty more. You will gain the knowledge and the required 60-hours of coursework necessary to register for your state exam.
