What are the prerequisites for taking a real estate licensing course?There are no prerequisites to take a real estate licensing course. Can I take real estate classes online, or are they only offered in-person?At the King Real Estate School, our courses are designed for in-person learning. Choose a schedule that fits your needs with a 5-week daytime course or a 12-week evening program.

Are there any flexible scheduling options available for working professionals or those with other commitments?King Real Estate School currently offers various course formats. What qualifications and experience do the instructors at King Real Estate School possess?Our pre-license instructor Lebron Little is licensed as a Qualifying Broker and Instructor with the State of Alabama. He has over 16 years in the Real Estate industry, with 13 years experience as a Qualifying Broker and Instructor. A member of the National Association of REALTOR® since 2007, Lebron has completed the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ePro, and AHWD, (At Home With Diversity) certifications with the National Association of Realtors. He has been a Certified instructor with AREC (Alabama Real Estate Commission) since 2018 and has taught real estate on the local and national levels since 2010.

What is the tuition fee for the real estate licensing courses, and what does it include?The cost of the real estate licensing course is $399.00 with a 10% discount for teachers, medical personnel, active and retired military, and public service (police, fire, etc.). Included in the course fee is 60 hours of instruction, study material, and Study Prep, Session/Practice Test.

How can I prepare for the real estate licensing exam, and does King Real Estate School provide exam preparation materials?The best way to prepare for the real estate licensing exam is by attending all scheduled classes in your program and reviewing the material in accordance with the class syllabus. Your instructor will provide study and exam preparation material.
